sorry for the lack of posting. uni starts now so im back!

Picture picking

First choices for photographs as followed.

The show.

Thinking for idea's about what photo's to have in my show hasn't half been driving my insane, how to display them, what idea's to portray, the concept, the colours. 

An idea came my way about using formal concepts such as:

line

colour

tone

texture

form

composition

pattern

I thought this would be a nice idea for my smaller pictures on the first wall, picking a photograph to show one of the above. There are seven words above and i am only having six photographs on the front wall in order to provide a decent amount of white space around the photographs to let them 'breath' so for my two larger photographs on the main wall i will use photographs that show more than one of the words.

I will be documenting all this in my sketchbook and the processes of eliminating photographs i do not feel will work for my display.
